Last month, WeBlogNorth members were invited to an exclusive evening with Turtle Bay to celebrate the launch of their Cocktail Tables.
You can now book a table just for a night out at your nearest Turtle Bay location! No queuing at the bar or awkwardly perching somewhere with no seats. Sit back and relax with your pals, cocktail in hand, order nibbles and drinks at your leisure and have a fab night!
A standout cocktail for me was the Marley Mojito - a delicious watermelon twist on the classic, this one is a must-have if you're spending the evening with Turtle Bay. Other WeBloggers there loved the Rude Boy (made with Wray & Nephew rum, it'll blow your socks off! One to enjoy slowly) and the Passionfruit Rum Punch. It was a thirsty Thursday for sure.
We were also treated to some of their delicious sharing platters - whether you're a meat lover, pescetarian or veggie, there's a sharing platter for you to nibble on. The food was so yummy and the variety is great.
To finish, the Turtle Bay team walked us throw their Rum Sharing Board. This takes you on a journey through different styles of rum, from Malibu-style sweet, to sophisticated, barrel-aged, top-shelf bottles. Paired up with a selection of mixers (including the classic Rum n Ting) it was so much fun to taste the difference in flavours and pair the rums up with the perfect mixer.
