How long have you been blogging?
I came to food writing 4 years ago via a very long career in advertising and a not so long one in education but I have always used writing as a creative outlet. As well as running Taste Today, I also write on a freelance basis for a diverse range of clients and have a day job back in the big, bad world of design and advertising.
Why did you decide to start your blog?
I was dealing with a very frustrating career in education and coping with the diagnosis of 2 chronic illnesses and I started writing as a means of distracting myself.
What do you hope to achieve for your content in 2018?
I really want to cover more travel content, as alongside eating it is my favourite pastime time. I also want to investigate vlogging.
What is your favourite social media channel & why?

What is your favourite tool or app that helps in your content creation?
I come from an era BC, (or Before Computers) so I always carry a notebook and pen. I couldn't live without them. My iPhone too.
Who is your blogging inspiration?
I follow a lot of photographers and food stylists on Instagram. I come from a family of 4 generations of photographers and as such I love and appreciate beautiful,
What is the one piece of advice you’d give other bloggers & aspiring bloggers?
Fun/Random fact about you:
I am something of an adrenaline junkie and have a rather dangerous passion for extreme sports.
