A few weeks ago we headed to Morley's Hale for an evening of cocktails, blogger chat and the BEST pizza in Manchester - that's their claim!
We were keen to see if it lived up to the hype. The verdict? Yes! Yes, it did.
From authentic Napolitean pizzas to their extensive cocktail menu, it was a real treat for a midweek evening out. Now that is a well-stocked bar. Not only that, but we got to celebrate National Tequila Day AND Holly's birthday (coincidence? I think not)
Their head barman Chris put a fun twist on the classic Margarita (pictured below) Strawberry and Basil? Delish.

Now for the main event. Look at these pizzas...no words needed, really.
Paired with the truffle fries, my Diavola pizza was DIVINE. They even have gluten-free and vegan options (with dairy-free cheese) which is so lovely, as lots of our members have special dietaries.
Huge thank you to Morley's for having us, everyone had such a great night (and Holly got pizza and cocktails on her birthday!)
