We had a lot of interest on social for our Intermediate Content Seminar - so today we’re sharing some key takeaways from the event and pictures, in case you’re interested in signing up to the next one!
The event centred around taking your content online to the next level. We got serious on topics like:

* How to earn money as a content creator - the importance of diversifying your income and the options available
* Media Kits 101
* Creating a personal brand and Branding 101 - visuals, brand identity, brand values, etc.
* Evaluating your content, setting goals, assessing your platforms and development
* Advanced tips on social media growth, SEO and more.
* Personal insights into the way we all run our own businesses online - what’s possible for you
Holly walked us through the business side of content creation and shared what’s in her media kit, how to build relationships with brands and potential clients, and why it’s so important to diversify your income as a blogger.
Then, Pam and I went through branding tips, sharing our personal brands and the process of creating one. From colour psychology to audience personas and brand identity, I walked the guys through a few exercises they can do to be clear on who they are and why their content stands out amongst the crowd.
The rest of the morning centred around growth. We covered tactics for increasing social media following as well as SEO to improve traffic to your website.
As always, the setup is informal with lots of time to add questions. There's always a huge sense of community at these seminars - everyone chips in, is honest about their struggles and is keen to support and guide everyone there. Nobody leaves without feeling positive, full of ideas and inspiration!
