Albert’s Didsbury x WeBlogNorth Meetup!

Wow, what an evening we had at Albert's Didsbury a few weeks ago! It was so lovely to sit out in the evening sun, sip cocktails, share some delicious food and of course, have lots of blogging chatter.

What a lovely bunch as well, including some new members we've not met before. It makes us so happy when someone new joins and comes to their first event. Everyone is always welcoming, friendly and quickly makes them feel part of the WeBlog crew! We're lucky to have you guys.

Pizza!!!!!!! @alberts_restaurants provided the @weblognorth gang with a range of pizzas for us to share. Have a flick through and tell me which one you like the look of. Personally the pulled chilli chicken with sticky plum sauce was my favourite followed closely by the Blue cheese and Parma ham. Had a wonderful evening last night @alberts_dids with the @weblognorth crowd meeting new faces & catching up with old friends. The food was delicious scroll to see the amazing sharing platters we enjoyed & pizza. One of the boards & pizzas were vegan for me too so tasty. The cocktails were just fabulous too especially the welcome one Prosecco, lavender liquor & with a violet floating on top what could be more perfect for me? I felt at home immediately. Scroll for a pic of this & the other drinks too plus some action shots of the other “We Bloggers” busy getting that perfect photo & networking. Big thanks to Gordo (no not the notorious one & yes there are two Gordo’s in Manchester!) & his team for looking after us so well. The venue has recently had a refit & it’s gorgeous now with rain covers & heaters over the comfy lounge seating we could have stayed all night. Definitely check them out perfect for al fresco dining & they’re open for brunch too! #gifted we were kindly hosted by the venue but thoroughly enjoyed every second.

Also, huge thanks to Albert's for hosting us. The sharing platters were perfectly paired with a cocktail - a must-have if you are in Didsbury and want to meet friends for a drink and bite to eat. And who can say no to pizza?! We loved the Nduja And Albert's catered really well for veggie and dairy-free members, offering some lovely vegan options.

Not to mention the totally Instagrammable decor. A must visit if you're in the South Manchester area.
