Lady Betty Afternoon Tea - WeBlogNorth Harrogate Event!

Last weekend, WeBlogNorth were lucky enough to take a trip to Harrogate to visit Betty’s. It was so lovely to meet some of our Yorkshire WeBloggers, as you know we’re trying our best to spread out from our base in Manchester!

Huge thanks to Will Dixon, the tea buyer at Betty’s and Taylor’s of Harrogate. He talked us through a professional tea tasting, and we got to try all the luxury, loose leaf teas that Betty’s serves in their tea rooms. This was the perfect beginning to the afternoon - not only did it get us excited (and hungry) ready to sit down, we also got to pick our favourite flavour. Whether you prefer a traditional black tea blend, a caffeine-free herbal variety or something light and refreshing, Betty’s have you covered.

When it came to the main event, they did not disappoint. The Lady Betty Afternoon Tea is famous for a reason. Every single item was so delicious, we didn’t want it to end.

Trying to remember when the weather was sunny and I was enjoying Afternoon Tea with some lovely Yorkshire bloggers at @bettys1919 in conjunction with @WeBlogNorth.
